Team and roles

RegistroViajero lets you work as a team with different access levels.

Unlimited team

Team members are unlimited — you don't pay per person. The invoice is calculated only on the number of active accommodations. Adding teammates is free.

Available roles

• Owner — full access, including billing and team management. There is exactly one Owner per agency.
• Administrator — manages accommodations, reservations, SES credentials, team, and settings. Cannot access billing.
• Member — manages reservations and views the activity log. Cannot edit accommodations or credentials.

Invite members

1. Go to Settings → Team.
2. Click Invite member.
3. Enter the email and pick a role.
4. The invitee will receive an email with a link to create their account.

Invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. You can resend or cancel an invitation at any time.

Manage the team

From the Team section you can:

• Change a member's role.
• Remove a member from the team.
• See pending invitations and resend or cancel them.

Transfer ownership

If the current Owner leaves the company, open a support request: we will validate the change and transfer the role. The transfer is logged in the activity log.
