Available plans
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | €0 (15 days) | Full access, Ministry submission, no credit card |
| Pro | €5 per accommodation/month | No minimum, automatic proration when activating/deactivating, unlimited guests, unlimited team, CSV/PDF export, priority support |
Billing is monthly and processed through Polar. RegistroViajero does not store credit card data.
How the invoice is calculated
Each active accommodation adds €5/month. Team size does not affect billing — adding teammates is free. When you activate or deactivate an accommodation, Polar prorates the amount automatically on the next invoice.
Free trial
When you sign up, you get a 15-day free trial with full access, including Ministry submission. No credit card required.
When the trial ends without subscribing to Pro:
- Ministry submission is blocked.
- Data remains accessible in read-only mode.
- Check-in links keep working with no restrictions.
To resume submission, subscribe to Pro from Settings → Billing (Owner only).
Subscription states
| State | Can submit to Ministry? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Trialing | Yes | Trial period active |
| Active | Yes | Pro subscription up to date |
| Cancelled | Yes, until the end of the paid period | You keep full access until that date |
| Past due | No | We could not charge you — update your payment method |
| No subscription | No | Trial expired or cancellation lapsed |
Manage your subscription
Billing is available at Settings → Billing (only accessible to the Owner role).
From there you can:
- Activate or deactivate accommodations — each change re-bills accordingly.
- See your payment history and upcoming invoices.
- Update your payment method through the Polar portal.
- Cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time.
- You keep full access (including Ministry submission) until the end of the paid period.
- Once the paid period ends, the account becomes read-only: Ministry submission is blocked, but your data and check-in links remain available.
- No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Failed payments
If Polar cannot charge you (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), the subscription moves to Past due and Ministry submission is blocked until you update your payment method.
Guests can still fill in their data without issue; only the Ministry submission is paused.
Discount codes
If you have a discount code, you apply it on the Polar checkout during sign-up. Codes are not stackable.
Important
Guest check-in is never blocked by subscription status. Even with the plan expired or cancelled, guests can still complete their data.
