Create your account
Sign up
- Go to app.registroviajero.com and click Create account.
- Enter your name, email, and password.
- You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
The first time you sign in, a guided setup wizard opens and walks you, in this order, through: your agency details (trading name and CIF/NIF), your SES.Hospedajes credentials, your first accommodation, and optionally connecting a booking-channel calendar. Each step includes inline help and examples, and you can skip the later steps and finish them later. The agency's trading name is shown to your guests during check-in, so they recognise who is requesting their data.
Free trial
When you sign up, you get a 15-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to the Pro plan to keep submitting to the Ministry. Guest check-in links are never blocked by subscription status.
Account security
You manage your password, passkeys, Google, and two-factor authentication from Settings → Security; your email is changed from Settings → Profile.
Password
- Your password is stored securely encrypted.
- You can change it from Settings → Security at any time (you'll need your current password).
- If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? option on the sign-in screen.
Sign in with Google
In Settings → Security → Connected accounts you can connect your Google account to sign in with a single click. Once connected, Google manages your email address: to change it you'll need to disconnect Google first. You can only disconnect Google if you've already set a password, so you're never left without a way to sign in.
Passkeys
In Settings → Security → Passkeys you can turn on signing in with Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint, or Windows Hello, without typing your password. More detail in Passkeys.
Change your email
From Settings → Profile → Change email you can update your email address (you'll need your current password). We'll send a verification email to the new address, and you'll have to log in again with it.
Two-factor authentication
In Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication you can add an extra layer of security: when you log in, in addition to your password, we'll ask for a one-time code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). When you enable it, you get 8 single-use backup codes — store them somewhere safe so you can get in if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Sign-in changes end your sessions
Changing your password or email, disconnecting Google, or turning two-factor authentication on or off signs you out on every device for security. We'll confirm each change first and explain how to sign back in.
Sign out
The Log out button lives in Settings → Profile → Log out. Signing out only disconnects this device — your data is not deleted and you can sign back in at any time.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from Settings → Security → Danger zone. You'll have to type DELETE to confirm. Personal data is anonymized; activity records are retained for legal compliance.
The last Owner can't be deleted
If you are the only Owner of the agency, you won't be able to delete your account until you transfer ownership to someone else (see Team and roles). This ensures the agency is never left without an owner.
