Create your account

Sign up

1. Go to app.registroviajero.com and click Create account.
2. Enter your name, email, and password.
3. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
4. Fill in your agency details: trading name and CIF/NIF.

Free trial

When you sign up, you get a 15-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.

After the trial, you'll need to subscribe to the Pro plan to keep submitting to the Ministry. Guest check-in links are never blocked by subscription status.

Account security

• Passwords are stored encrypted in our database.
• You can change your password from your profile at any time.
• If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? option on the sign-in screen.
• Changing your password invalidates all active sessions automatically.

Sign out

The Log out button lives in Settings → Profile → Danger zone. Signing out only disconnects this device — your data is not deleted and you can sign back in at any time.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from Settings → Profile → Danger zone. You'll have to type DELETE to confirm. Personal data is anonymized; activity records are retained for legal compliance.
