The ReVi assistant
ReVi is the built-in assistant in RegistroViajero. You'll find it at the top right of the dashboard, next to the notification bell: click the button to open the chat and ask in plain language.
You can also open it in context with an "Ask ReVi" button: it appears on empty screens (for example, when you don't have any registrations, guests, or accommodations yet, next to the button to create them) and beside each step of the setup checklist on your home page, so you can ask about exactly what you're looking at.
What it helps with
- Answering how-to questions: creating a registration, submitting a guest report to the Ministry, connecting an iCal calendar, inviting your team, and more.
- Understanding why the Ministry rejected a submission and what to fix.
- Pointing you to the right section of the dashboard when you can't find something.
Its answers draw on this Help Center and the context of your account.
Privacy and data protection
ReVi only works with your agency's data
To answer questions about your registrations and guests (for example, "which guest is missing a support number?"), ReVi accesses the data that's already in your account —the same data you see in your panel. Access is scoped on the server to your own agency: ReVi can never query another agency's data.
- The language model ReVi uses is hosted in the European Union and subject to the GDPR.
- Guest signatures are never sent to the model: it only knows whether a signature exists, not the image.
- Conversations with ReVi are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
How to give feedback
Below each answer there's a thumbs up / thumbs down. Your rating helps us improve ReVi. If an answer didn't help, mark it so we can review it.
Things to keep in mind
- ReVi guides you, but you stay in control: it doesn't perform destructive actions on its own.
- Like any assistant, it can make mistakes. Double-check important actions —submitting to the Ministry, annulling a submission, archiving— before confirming them.
- If ReVi can't resolve your question, it will offer support contact details (email and phone) so you can reach our team directly.
TIP
If ReVi doesn't answer your question, search this Help Center or check Common issues.
