Add accommodations
Create an accommodation
- Go to Properties in the side menu.
- Click Add property.
- Fill in the details:
- Name of the accommodation
- Address — a single free-text line with the full address (street, number, floor, postcode, and city)
- Type of accommodation (apartment, hotel, rural house, guesthouse, etc.)
- Establishment code issued by the Ministry of the Interior — 10 characters, exactly as they appear in your SES.HOSPEDAJES account. If you store something else (the tourism licence number, or the code without its leading zeros), registrations for that accommodation cannot be sent and the registration itself will tell you so
- SES credentials — pick the credentials that apply to this accommodation
- Highlight image (optional) — a photo of the accommodation shown as its thumbnail in lists and on the accommodation's detail view
Multiple accommodations
You can manage all your accommodations from a single agency account. Each accommodation has its own establishment code and can use different SES credentials.
Billing is calculated on active accommodations:
- Trial: 15 days of full access, no credit card.
- Pro plan: €5 per accommodation per month, no minimum. You only pay for active accommodations; deactivated ones don't count.
Edit or deactivate
You can edit an accommodation's details at any time from the modal form. If an accommodation is no longer in use, you can deactivate it — existing registrations remain accessible, but you won't be able to create new ones for it.
View registrations as a calendar or list
Open an accommodation to see its registrations. Switch between two views with the Calendar / List control:
- Calendar — the visible month, with each registration as a bar spanning the nights of the stay, coloured by its status. Overbookings (overlapping stays) are highlighted so you can spot them at a glance. Use the arrows to change month. When the month contains archived registrations, a Show archived checkbox appears to include them.
- List — the upcoming registrations in chronological order, with their status and dates (archived ones are not included).
