Notification center

The bell in the admin panel is RegistroViajero's notification center. From here you see everything that has happened on your registrations, team, and accommodations without having to dig through them one by one.

How to open it

Tap the bell icon in the top bar. The red number shows unread notifications.

Structure

Element	What it does
List	Latest notifications on top. Read ones appear greyed out.
Type indicator	Icon and colour by type (guest, Ministry, team).
Summary	Short text with the key info (which guest, which registration).
Time	When it happened, in relative format (5 min ago, yesterday, etc.).
Mark all as read	Button at the top of the drawer.

Alerts that update themselves

When a new event arrives that relates to an earlier one on the same registration, the recent alert supersedes the older one instead of piling up. That way the bell reflects the current state and doesn't fill up with alerts that no longer apply.

For example: a guest re-opens their data and you get an alert that they're editing; when they sign again and complete check-in, that "is editing" alert disappears and only the completed-check-in one remains.

Tapping a notification

Tapping a notification takes you straight to the related resource:

Guest completed check-in → guest's registration.
Ministry confirmation / rejection → registration.
New team member → team.
Registration created → registration.
Calendar alerts (booking removed, dates changed, needs annulment) → the affected registration.
Calendar sync failed → the feed's accommodation.
SES credentials rejected → Settings (where you check and update the accommodation's credentials).

The notification is automatically marked as read.

You also get an alert here the moment the Ministry stops accepting a property's SES credentials, so you can fix them before a guest's parte bounces.
